Return & Exchange Policy

All items from Monogrammed by Whit are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Please carefully review all personalization details, including spelling, initials, monograms, thread colors, and design selections before approving your order. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all submitted information and proofs prior to production.

If an error is made by Monogrammed by Whit during the embroidery or personalization process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved all customization details and understand that personalized items are non-returnable.
